Engineering packages
As a manufacturer of input systems, we are involved in the development process at very different points in time. Particularly in the engineering of the operating concept, there are very different starting situations depending on the project and the customer: first there is an idea, then there is a complete design proposal. MICHEL ITC supports you in the implementation of your project, exactly to the extent you wish: with our tailor-made engineering packages.
As much as necessary, as little as possible
MICHEL ITC offers you special engineering packages tailored exactly to your needs. The scope of the package can be selected to optimally complement your existing services. The package is based on where you reach your limits or are limited with your own resources. How do we proceed?
1. Analysis
In a first step we will have a personal conversation with you. Your needs and requirements such as design-relevant topics, service life, price, etc. for your user interface will be discussed.
2. Product check
We then use a checklist to define which parameters are already known and prepare a well-founded feasibility study.
3. Choice of the right package
This results in the right engineering package for you, which we offer you without obligation. Of course, it is up to you to decide which route you ultimately choose. Of course, we would be pleased if you would walk the entire way together with us.
The engineering packages at a glance
Package 1 | Research
You have an idea, but don't yet know exactly how to implement it. The idea is still changeable. MICHEL ITC supports you in the professional research and evaluation of your selection.
The package includes the following work:
- design and construction options for the complete control unit including alternatives
- selection of materials including alternatives
- research and selection including purchased parts you need (e.g. push buttons, PCB)
- networking with further partners (e.g. for housing)
Package 2 | Prototype Setup
You have a concrete design in mind, the idea is clearly defined, but the technical implementation is missing. We support you with technical drawings and the selection of the optimal materials.
The package includes the following work:
- design proposal
- technical drawing
- material proposal
Package 3 | Complete package including prototypes
You have an idea and are looking for a partner with whom you want to produce the device in the short and medium term. We support you throughout the entire process. We research and work out alternatives for you so that you can implement the best possible operating concept. Technical drawings and material selection are carried out in consultation with you. You will also receive prototypes. In this engineering package, we accompany you through to the production-ready product.
The package includes the following work:
- design and construction options for the complete control unit including alternatives
- selection of materials including alternatives
- research and selection including alternatives for purchased parts that the customer needs (e.g. push buttons, etc.)
- technical drawing
- 1x 10 prototypes
- if desired, testing of prototypes for IP protection class
- networking with further partners for (e.g. housing)
- specifications for possible series product
