Heavy duty – silicon rubber keypad for drill motor
Due to constant contact with dust and water, TYROLIT AG has developed a new silicon rubber keyboard with MICHEL ITC AG for work with the drill motor in harsh environments.
Distinctive and tactile keys for use with leather gloves, highly visible colors and abrasion-resistant printing and visual status lights have been realized. For the integrated plastic window, extended water-repellent measures have been taken with regard to the concrete-like mixture.
In addition, separate transparent protective films provide mechanical protection for the window area during work - these can be easily removed for a clear view of the display in the event of heavy soiling.
MICHEL ITC designed, developed and produced the silicon rubber keypad according to the customer's requirement profile.
